Dive Travel

As I do more traveling with Scuba Diving. I will post my recommendations for places to stay and for charters to use. I value tremendously recommendations form friends and acquaintances on places to use. However, until I use the company, I will not recommend them.
Ginnie
Springs: If you dive at Ginnie Springs, you have no choice to use the
company that operates Ginnie Springs. I wasn't to impressed with the
staff, the majority of the staff members that I dealt with where very helpful
and accommodating, but there where a few who where rather rude and obnoxious.
Make sure you do have your dive log with you because many people told me that
they do check those from time to time. Also, if you are a NAUI Diver, make
sure you have an other form of identification with you. Since NAUI does
not place your picture on the C-Card, the Ginnie Springs staff will ask to see
another form of identification. I would recommend staying at the cottage
that they have on property. It sleeps 8 people comfortably, but the max
capacity is 10 people. If you are more adventurous you can camp.
They have to types of sites. Full Hook-up or Primitive. You
will find a good number of the primitive sites along the Santa Fe River.
